I am the six foot spawn of a Greek mathematician and Californian hippie. Olive oil, red wine, hummus, swiss chard, and coffee run through my veins. My culinary highlights thus far include cooking an ostrich egg not just once, but twice, brewing beer (honey lavender pale ale and pitch black IPA), making crazy-delicious hummus on the regular, contributing to Greek-fusion recipes, and throwing exciting dinner parties. Where ever I am, I'm always on the hunt for delicious pretzels and almond croissants.
I just finished my MBA and currently working as an associate brand manager for a food production company in Pennsylvania. But, just because I am in soft pretzel heaven, doesn't mean that I won't stop looking for good ones.
