Happy New Year Anna. Everything looks delicious and shall be looking forward to seeing them during 2012. I would love to see the recipes for the tart with granny smith and masticha and the Jalapeno Feta Cornbread.

Let Me Eat Cake - I am dying to know what muffins didn't make your cut?

CaliforniaKat - Hah, those saladas were almost too easy to make to blog, but I think I will make them better and blog this year :P For the apple tart: I put mastiha powder into whipped cream and used 2 pre-made pie crust to make a long tart.

Eva - I still need to perfect the soba noodles... last time I put way too much sauce on.
