The Grill at Valentino - Las Vegas, NV

My fiance, JT, flew me to Las Vegas for little vacationing. It's been a week, but we're still talking about how good The Grill at Valentino was - nothing horribly fancy, just well-made Italian food. JT suggested the Grill at Valentino before seeing the Blue Man Group not only since it's housed in the Venetian but also because it shares the same kitchen as its fine dining big sister, Valentino. No fancy shoes or ressies needed, just hungry stomachs. Here's a snapshot of the meal:

Carpaccio All'Albese: beef, arugula, parmesan and truffle oil: HEAVEN.


Caprese Salad: tomatoes, mozzarella, basil oil and balsamic syrup. 


Grilled Boneless Chicken Medallions Alla Diavola: was that Italian BBQ sauce? JT clearly ordered this one.


Capellacci Spinach and Ricotta with Fresh Tomato Sauce: comfort heaven!


Chocolate Raviolis with Berries in a Mint Soup: raviolis were like butter crispy buttery chocolate in your mouth. It was kind of weird seeing the green juice at first, but it tasted great. The berries and mint evened out the dish with a refreshing finish.
