it looks very happy:)
I love Gruner, and always forget to take advantage of happy hour. I could eat a dozen of the pickled eggs. Mmmm.
I definitely would have gone for the sausage off the HH menu, but there are a couple of items on the lunch menu that look really good to me.
Everything looks delicious,Anna, unfortunately I'm way too far away..
The food looks great! Pickled beet eggs and the Liptauer cheese platter, yum yum! I'm off to Google Liptauer cheese...LOL!
Dzoli - It still makes me happy!
Mary - Those picked eggs were delish.
JustinM - Aw, you may just have to pay an official gruner visit on your next pdx visit.
mia xara - I know, sad. But you should come to PDX some time :-)
Helen - Haha I googled it - looks a little hungarian, not to be confused with lowering cholesterol, unfortunately .
Everything looks great, with the exception of the rabbit frankfurter (I had several pet bunnies, so I just cannot bring myself to eat anything rabbit!)
Eva - I don't blame you, I had pet chickens growing up and also find it difficult to eat chicken.
what a spread! possibly planning an Oregon trip early next year I will be sure to add this to my list :)
The photography is great!
