Hola from Guadalajara, Mexico

I`ve been in Guadalajara, Mexico the past week, studying abroad during spring break for an extra MBA course. It´s been great! I stayed in the old colonial part of town for a few days, visited the town of Tequilla and toured the Heredurra Tequila plant, got in my first cab accident (no injuries), and ate some crazy delicious tacos (putting my Greek Orthodox Lenten fast on hold).

Tacos: Flank + Cactus and Lengua in Green Sauce

In a few days I move on to Mexico City for Frida Kahlo visits and huitlacoche eats. If you have any suggestions, please, by all means, holler at a Greek woman!

So that's where you disappeared to Anna :) I've never been to Mexico but I do enjoy lime Margaritas. Have a drink in my name. It's still too cold here for Mexican food and patios. Glad to hear no injuries resulted from the cab accident.
